Coaching Services

Coaching is a powerful, ongoing relationship that helps you to articulate what is most important to you, remove obstacles, and facilitate change. As a coach, I ask powerful and clarifying questions that help you to remain grounded in your values while reaching for your dreams.

I will support you in approaching your life holistically, in balancing and integrating the many aspects of who you are and who you want to become. I will also support you in being accountable for the goals and actions to which you commit.

Who I Coach

I primarily partner with women of color in coaching because of the connectedness of our experiences living within multiple, intersecting systems of oppression. I find the process of coaching women of color to be a mutually healing and transformative experience. When my clients come into alignment with their whole selves, I, too, become more whole by witnessing their journey.

My Coaching Journey

When I was going through my coaching certification program, I was fortunate to connect with Erin Trent Johnson as my coach. In our work together, I began to discover just what a toll my work had taken on my well being. I had been operating in dominant culture spaces, protecting the comfort of dominant culture people, and not realizing how much I was silencing and suppressing myself in the process. As I connected with my ancestors and my inner child, I began to do the healing work that has enabled me to be more authentically myself. As I continue to learn and transform myself, I’m increasingly aware of how my journey is part of a much larger and deeper collective movement towards liberation.

The Coaching Process

After you complete the brief coaching inquiry form, I will email you regarding my availability. If I’m accepting new coaching clients, I will set up a complimentary 30 minute call with you so that we can get to know one another and determine if we would work well together in a coaching partnership.

Coaching sessions are typically scheduled every two weeks for one hour. Sessions can take place via Zoom or phone, whichever platform you prefer. We begin with a minimum of six sessions (three months), and can extend to six months and beyond depending on your needs.
